Always nice to find a rare record. This fantastic Australian garage band were lured over to New Zealand by Zodiac records owner Eldred Stebbing offering them unlimited recording time and work. The pleazers were quite popular in New Zealand but a rumour (thanks to that site i stole this info from) they were bad boys. That's right New Zealand was a very reserved country in the 60s, who would have guessed. Subsequently they were banned from TV for there bad behaviour. They still managed to release super hot freak beat garage RnB that made them reserved Dunedin girls "shake". They shared a residency with another loud garage band the La De Das. They released a whole heap of singles a EP and one LP called 'Definitely Pleazers'. My copy has a close to a ex cover but unfortunately record is warp, what the fuck. Algd i will try and fix this. It still plays and it actually looks close to ex if it didn't have the warp.
